Your photos
Only upload photos you took or have permission to use. You keep the rights to your photos; you let us use them only to build, print and ship your group's books.
What you can't upload
Nothing illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates someone else's rights or privacy.
Orders
Every book is made to order. Prices are in US dollars. We can refuse or cancel an order that breaks these terms.
Our liability
We do our best, but Snapsake is provided as is. If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid for the order in question. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, like lost photos you didn't keep a copy of. Please keep your originals.
